Payment:
Payment is expected at time of purchase. We accept Paypal and credit card transactions. We only ship within the continental United States which excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
Assembly:
Assembly is required on our items. Clear instructions are provided to make the assembly as easy as possible.
Sales Tax:
Sales Tax contingent upon your local state tax laws.
Warranty and Return information:
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us and return the item. All items are warrantied against manufacturer defects and damage during shipment. If a return is requested for any other reason, we will accept the return however, the customer will be responsible for the standard 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. Fairview Game Rooms will provide pre-paid return labels and the customer will be responsible for dropping the item off a the local UPS store or affiliate. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition to qualify for the refund. Our furniture is designed and built well for typical residential applications. If you opt to use our furniture in a commercial setting such as a church, bar or community center, the warranty will be very restricted and conditional. Please keep all pallets, boxes, and packing material until the product is fully assembled to your satisfaction
