If you have to return a combination game table, chairs, foosball table or billiard ball set, don’t worry. We can help as long as it is reported within 7 days after delivery. We are dedicated to our customers’ total satisfaction. Our furniture is not rated and tested for commercial applications such as lounges, community centers, pool halls etc.

Shipping Instructions: On larger items, please provide us with a phone number where the shipping company can reach you to schedule a date and time of delivery. Without a phone number your order will be held until a number is acquired.
The freight company drivers are not responsible for unloading the truck. They will lower your product to the ground for inspection. Therefore, depending on the size and weight of the product(s), we advise having extra help to assist you in unloading and carrying into your home or business.
The freight company will contact you in order to schedule a delivery date and time. Typically, there will be a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered. Generally, the will contact you within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. If you are not present at the scheduled delivery appointment you may be subject to a “Re-delivery Fee,” which must be paid before the second delivery is made.
Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear; however, please carefully inspect the item for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for delivery.
We will ship most items within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been received. Larger items such as game table sets, shuffleboards etc will require us to contact you to confirm your availability to receive and contact information
At Fairview Game Rooms, attention to detail in design, materials and construction is always at the forefront. We encourage you to also inspect the furniture upon receipt of your purchase. Our furniture is not designed or tested for commercial applications. If one opts to use our furnishings in a commercial setting, the warranty will not be valid.
In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover defects in manufacture, please contact us at 417-242-3118 or through our website within 30 days after receiving delivery. At that point, we will make arrangements to provide you with prepaid shipping labels or a freight company will be contacting you to arrange for pick up. It is important to keep the original cartons, packing material and pallets (if applicable) in case the product needs to be returned.
Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and the order will be refunded. The product (s) must not have been used and be properly packed in its original packaging. We will replace any missing parts or hardware within the same 30 day window. If you wish to return the product for any other reason than shipping damage or defects, we will deduct shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee from your refund if they are returned in their original condition
